As the region’s largest city you would, of course, expect impressive shopping options and you won’t be disappointed. All the major retailers call this city home including Myer, Coles, K-Mart, Big W, Woolworths and Aldi. There are two major shopping malls and a CBD with a host of traditional and boutique stores.

Wagga Wagga’s current health service redevelopment is the largest single investment in any NSW regional health service. This work highlights the current scale and future need of the city’s health care services. There is an emphasis on securing and retaining GP’s, as well as extending an already impressive specialist services list. 

Located mid-way between Sydney and Melbourne and only 2.5 road hours to Canberra, Wagga Wagga has become a natural transport hub for regional NSW. The city is serviced by an impressive air network with more than 150 flights per week in and out of the city. The NSW Trainlink XPT connects Sydney and Melbourne to Wagga Wagga twice daily and there is an extensive coach service operating.
